The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that its response to the American side includes “reasonable and logical demands” that take the interests of the entire region into account, considering that the Iranian proposals submitted to Washington are “generous and responsible,” and that Tehran has only demanded “its right to end the war.” She added that she made it clear to the Chinese side that “the American steps will increase instability in the region,” noting that “the hostile actions carried out by the United States are the cause of instability.” Tehran also held the United States and Israel responsible for the “disruption witnessed in maritime traffic,” considering that it resulted from “American and Israeli measures.” The Iranian Foreign Ministry criticized what it described as “the American side’s insistence on its unilateral positions and strict demands.”
